Recycle Utah 100 Mile Meal

Recycle Utah is “pivoting” for the 5th Annual 100 Mile Meal and providing those who are joining in on the event CSA boxes from the bounty of local farmers, other goodies and recipes to create and host their own dinner celebrating eating local at home. Recycle Utah is focusing on how food impacts the environment and their mission is to support those who grow and provide food within 100 miles of Park City. This is a great idea in the days of coronavirus.
