Cooking with Vegetables- A feast of flavors with Mindful Cuisine

Chef Linda Elbert of Mindful Cuisine will host this hands-on vegetable-centric cooking class. We will make, eat or take home three dishes: Grilled Zucchini with Herbs and Tahini, Warm Chipolte Salad with Griddled Chicken, Chorizo, and Quinoa with a Lime Crème fraîche, and Focaccia Garden Art.
